From the purchaser’s point of view: As someone who has recently used Designer Baby Cakes to purchase a gift for a baby shower, I was most impressed with the level of customer service that was extended. I provided the designer with some ideas, such as a theme and colours, and she in turn created 3 beautiful cakes allowing me to choose which I preferred. She even went as far as delivering the diaper cake directly to me at my place of work so that all who contributed could view it prior to the shower event. We were all very impressed and feel our money was well spent. From the recipient’s point of view: I recently received a diaper cake for my baby shower. It was so well crafted and looked great. I absolutely loved the jungle themed cake which matched perfectly with the nursery décor. Once I opened the beautifully packaged diaper cake I was surprised to find additional gifts within the cake. There was a bib and a blanket hidden within the layers. I was amazed at the number of diapers that it took to make the cake… those will definitely come in handy! What a great gift idea! THE HEAVEN SENT BREATHABLE MATTRESS We absolutely love it!! It's very nice and reassuring to be able to sleep at night, knowing our little one will be able to breathe through the mattress if his head is faced down... I would strongly recommend this product to all new parents, especially for babies who have to sleep on their tummy. It took our son a day or two to get used to the new mattress, since the material is a little different than a "traditionnal" mattress and a little bit more "bouncy", but he is now very comfortable. He often wakes up with the pattern of the mattress printed on his face, but it doesn't seem to bother him, it's just cute :)

Being in the creative field, I am always trying to come up with different gifts for my family and friends. The custom diaper cake Chantel made for my niece’s baby shower was both unique and affordable. I simply gave her my budget and she created a Curious George themed cake that was a very big hit at the shower and graced the table as the centre piece. I would like to let you know the mimjumi bottle is wonderful. I have a five month old girl who would not take a bottle at all it was a drama filled fight. I was losing hope after buying 6 different brands of bottles and absolutely no luck my mom purchased this bottle from your display at the Stratford hospital. Thanks to that I now know its possible to get her onto a bottle. The very first time I tried it she drank a couple ounces and over the very first day I had it she drank 4 ounces with out a fight. Now she will drink from it willingly unless its bed time. This bottle is the best thing on the market. Thank you very much for having it and restoring hope for me. Sincerely Melissa Roden

I just wanted to send a heart felt thank you to Chantel of Designer Baby Cakes, for doing such a wonderful job!!! Chantel was easy to deal with and was more than willing to work with me by putting what I wanted into the cake and still stay within my budget. She had lots of wonderful goodies at different price points to choose from, and made it fun to pick out all the different things to put in my cake. I left the finishing touches up to Chantel and she did not disappoint!!! The finished cake for my girlfriends baby shower was the talk of the party!! It not only looked beautiful but all the things inside were usable and exactly what my girlfriend wanted for her baby boy, thus making it practical as well!!!
